Chernobyl Horned Mask

The Chernobyl Horned Mask is the real modified gas mask decorated with steel spikes and eye grills, worn by Crucifix, the solo guitarist and the drummer in the forrest scene of the Chernobyl Music Video.  The mask had been used numerous times in live, on stage performances by Crucifix, prior to ever recording the album Acid Reign, but once the concept of Chernobyl spiraled into song, this eerie piece of memorabilia found it's perfect place in Crucifix history.  Marking his fourth music video and one of the most memorable moments of his career to date, the journey to Chernobyl became one the most powerful and driving events in both Cruce's life and music.
